Warranty & Manufacturer Claims

At Clippers Corner, every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced directly from the brands. That means the manufacturer's warranty comes with every tool.

If you ever run into an issue with your tool, this page tells you exactly where to go and what to do.

Getting Started with Your Claim

Reaching out to a manufacturer goes smoother when you're prepared. Before you contact them, have these ready:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Product name and model

  • Serial number (if applicable)

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the problem (may be required)

It takes a few minutes upfront and saves a lot of back and forth later.

Common Warranty Questions

Do all tools come with a warranty?

Yes, most of the professional tools we carry come with a warranty. What's covered and for how long depends on the brand and the specific product.

Who do I deal with: Clippers Corner or the brand?

The brand handles it. But if you're unsure where to start, email us, and we'll help you figure it out.

How long do warranties usually last?

A year is the standard for most professional tools. Some brands go further for motors and internal parts, check directly with yours to know what you're working with.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects, mainly. Motor failure, electrical faults, internal components that give out under normal use, that's the territory warranties are built for.

What is not covered under warranty?

Accidental damage, water damage, normal wear and tear, blade dulling, and damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.

Will I need to ship my tool in for repair?

Yes, most of the time. Manufacturers want to inspect it before they issue a repair or replacement. The brand's warranty page will walk you through their specific process.

Can Clippers Corner help me with my claim?

Yes. We can't file the claim for you, but we're not going to leave you hanging either.

Email us at info@clipperscorner.com, and we'll help you get pointed in the right direction.

Product Arrived Damaged?

Let us know within 3 days of delivery. Send your order number, product details, and photos of the damage to support@clipperscorner.com, and we'll take it from there.
