Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons, used clippers, trimmers, and grooming products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return:
- Email us at support@clipperscorner.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@clipperscorner.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—fast.
